1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement governs the procedure for using the service that provides email addresses and related functions and products.
1.2. The start of service use, placement of an order, or payment for a product means the user's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. If the user does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must stop using the service and must not place orders.
1.4. The service has the right to change the terms of this Agreement without individual notice to users. The current version enters into force from the moment of publication.
2. Subject of the Service
2.1. The service provides the user with email addresses intended exclusively for receiving incoming messages, as well as other related functionality.
2.2. Sending messages from the service's email addresses is not possible.
2.3. The service has the right to change the set of domains, technical parameters, internal operating rules, and available functionality if this is necessary for the stability, security, or development of the service.
3. Features of Using Email Addresses
3.1. The service's email addresses are intended for tasks where the user understands and accepts possible restrictions related to domains, their operating period, reputation, and the policies of third-party services.
3.2. The service is not responsible for accounts linked to the service's email addresses.
3.3. The service strongly does not recommend using the service's email addresses for expensive, critical, or especially valuable accounts, since nobody can exclude their blocking by third-party services due to the domain used.
3.4. The service is not responsible in the event of domain blocking by other services, websites, applications, platforms, and other third parties.
3.5. The user independently assesses the risks of using the service's email addresses for their own purposes.
4. Operating Period of Domains and Email Addresses
4.1. Service domains, except for domains in the Eternal category, are not renewed.
4.2. The minimum operating period of an email address is 3 months from the moment of issuance, unless otherwise expressly stated in the description of the product or tariff.
4.3. Only domains in the Eternal category are renewed.
4.4. After the operating period of a domain or email address expires, further functionality of the address is not guaranteed.
5. Message Storage
5.1. The period of message storage in the service is 185 days.
5.2. By decision of the administration, the message storage period may be extended, including for more than 1 year.
5.3. The administration has the right to change message retention periods for technical, organizational, or other justified reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
6.2. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of specific domains, absence of blocking by third parties, or the suitability of the service for the user's specific purposes.
6.3. The service is not responsible for:
- blocking of the user's accounts on third-party services
- blocking, restriction, or reduction of trust in domains by third parties
- losses, lost profits, loss of access to accounts, data, or messages
- actions of third parties, providers, platforms, anti-spam systems, and other external systems
7. Incoming Message Filtering and Blacklist
7.1. The service uses a system of restrictions and a blacklist for certain senders, domains, addresses, services, and other message sources.
7.2. If an incoming message is sent from a prohibited service, prohibited domain, address, or other prohibited source, such message may be automatically blocked, rejected at the receipt stage, or not delivered to the user's mailbox.
7.3. The service independently determines the list of prohibited message sources and has the right to change it at any time without prior notice to the user.
7.4. The service is not responsible for non-delivery, rejection, blocking, or deletion of messages that fall under blacklist restrictions or internal filtering rules.
7.5. The user agrees that some messages may not be accepted by the service for the purposes of security, operational stability, infrastructure protection, and compliance with internal rules.
8. Passwords and Access
8.1. The user independently bears responsibility for the safekeeping of their credentials and passwords.
8.2. Support does not deal with password recovery for email addresses.
8.3. If the password is lost, the user accepts the risk of complete loss of access to the corresponding email address and the related data.
9. Refunds, Replacement, and Review of Requests
9.1. The user has the right to request a refund for a product only in the following cases:
- the product was not issued within 48 hours from the moment of payment
- the product turned out to be defective due to the fault of the service
9.2. Refunds and product replacement are possible only if the product is defective due to the fault of the service.
9.3. If the user changed their mind, the product did not suit them, they did not like it, or the user no longer wishes to use it, refunds and product replacement are not provided.
9.4. The refund is made to the user's payment details from which the payment was made, if such a refund method is technically possible and applicable to the payment method used.
9.5. If a refund to the same payment details is technically impossible for reasons beyond the control of the service, the refund procedure is determined by the administration individually on the basis of confirmed payment data.
9.6. Review of a user's request regarding a refund, replacement, or claim of product defect is carried out within 72 hours from the moment the user contacts the service support.
9.7. If the grounds for a refund are confirmed, the funds are returned after review of the request within a reasonable technical period required to perform the payment operation by the payment method used.
9.8. For review of the request, the user must provide data sufficient to identify the order, the payment, and the nature of the defect.
9.9. The administration has the right to refuse a refund, replacement, or other compensation if:
- the defect did not arise due to the fault of the service
- the product was in fact issued and is in working condition within the declared characteristics
- the user did not provide the information necessary for verification of the request
- the issue is related to restrictions or blocking by third-party services, domains, platforms, or anti-spam systems, unless otherwise directly follows from the confirmed fault of the service
9.10. If the grounds for a refund are confirmed, the funds are transferred to the user within up to 10 business days from the moment the administration makes the refund decision, unless another period is required by the rules of the payment method, bank, or payment service used.
10. Prohibited Actions
10.1. The user is prohibited from causing any harm to the service in any form.
10.2. The following are prohibited, including:
- DDoS attacks

- password guessing
- vulnerability scanning and exploitation
- attempts to penetrate the service infrastructure
- bypass of the service's technical restrictions
- interference with network, software, or server infrastructure
- actions aimed at violating the availability, integrity, or security of the service
- use of the service in a way that may cause harm to the service, its infrastructure, other users, or third parties
11. Compliance Control and Response Measures
11.1. In case of suspicion of a violation of this Agreement, abuse of the service, fraudulent activity, malicious actions, bypass of restrictions, attempts to compromise security, or other actions creating a risk for the service, users, or third parties, the administration has the right to conduct an internal review.
11.2. As part of such a review, the administration has the right to review technical data, mailbox information, metadata, event logs, and other information necessary to establish the fact of the violation.
11.3. If necessary for investigation of violations, ensuring the security of the service, or protection of the legitimate interests of the administration, the administration has the right to review the contents of the user's mailboxes.
11.4. If violations are identified, the administration has the right, without prior notice, to:
- restrict the user's access to the service
- temporarily block or delete individual mailboxes
- fully block the user
- refuse further service
- refuse to issue a refund if the refusal is caused by the user's violation of this Agreement
11.5. The decision on whether a violation exists and which measures are applied is made by the administration on the basis of available technical data, logs, review results, and internal security rules.
12. Rights of the Administration
12.1. The administration has the right to restrict, suspend, or fully terminate the user's access to the service in case of violation of this Agreement.
12.2. The administration has the right to delete, disable, replace domains, email addresses, individual functions, and other service elements when necessary.
12.3. The administration has the right to take any reasonable technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting the service, infrastructure, and users.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. By using the service, the user confirms that they understand and accept the technical and organizational limitations of the service.
13.2. The user confirms that they are aware that the service's email addresses are intended only for receiving messages, may be subject to restrictions by third-party services, and may become unavailable after the end of the domain operating period.
13.3. In all matters not regulated by this Agreement, the administration is guided by the internal rules of the service and applicable legal provisions.
13.4. In case of contradiction between the product description, interface prompts, and this Agreement, this version of the User Agreement has priority unless otherwise expressly stated by the administration.
